Chapter selector at the end of the chapter #416

At the start of each chapter on https://www.py4e.com/html3/ there's a drop-down menu that lets you select a chapter. It'd be nice to also have it at the end of the chapter. This would be useful when reviewing the book and going back end forth between chapters.
