By using quay.io/csiaddons/k8s-controller:latest as container-image, it is possible to run `make deploy` and get a working environment. Signed-off-by: Niels de Vos <ndevos@redhat.com>
Deploying with `make deploy` is the easiest while testing and developing. This is the recommended method for now. Signed-off-by: Niels de Vos <ndevos@redhat.com>
