Public - Create the NGO's page under presentation website

The NGO's page will be the place in which as a user I can view general information regarding all the NGOs which are using the platform and you can navigate towards the projects of each NGO.
Inside the page, you will be able to see a table format list containing all verified NGOs which are using the platform.
Each card is shown inside the table containing the NGO name together with their logo and the first 100 characters of the description. By clicking an NGO you are redirected to the 'NGO general details' page.

NGO's navigation scenario:

1. As a user, I can see the NGO's page after clicking the NGOs menu from the menu bar
2. Inside the page, I can see a table containing all confirmed NGOs using the platform
3. Each NGO card displayed inside the table contains the NGO name, Logo and the first 100 characters of the description
4. Inside the table, I can search based on the NGO name
5. After clicking one NGO I am redirected to the 'NGO general details' page.
6. From the NGOs page, I can navigate to the home page by clicking the logo
7. I can click on the 'NGO's' menu from the menu bar resulting in being redirected to the 'NGO's' page and removing the search if one is set.
8. I can click on the 'Submit NGO' menu from the menu bar resulting in being redirected to the 'Submit NGO' page
9. I can click on the 'Sign up / Log in page' menu from the menu bar resulting in being redirected to the 'Sign up / Log in page' page

Care-i diferenta dintre asta si #65 avand in vedere ca e vorba de detaliile unui NGO.

Daca sunt view-uri diferite pentru roluri diferite, as zice sa reiasa din numele issue-ului si zona din aplicatie pe care o targetam, c-ar fi mai usor.

Se pot pune si labels, gen: public, admin, ngo, beneficiary si putem filtra pe asta
