Inuit.css "Kitchen Sink" example page #211

As discussed in #121 here's an examples page for review. It'll be a stopgap until we get an automated strategy using the CSS comments like StyleDocco or KSS

Things to note:

  • The page is at kitchen-sink/index.html, i.e. URL will be /kitchen-sink/.
  • Examples are broken up into different files within _includes/kitchen-sink/
  • I don't use the default gh-pages CSS styles as the example page uses Branch v5.1.0 and has a more stripped back style.
    • css/kitchen-sink.css includes inuit.css v5.1.0 (.scss not included) and some basic demo styles (see css/ui/demo.scss). I have left it unminified as I guess the CSS is documentation too.

If anything needs to change let me know.

Thanks,
Pat

Source.js is aiming to do the work of KSS and Styledocco in a more extensible and organised manner. I've already started working with it, and it's awesome (although the documentation is still a little lacking).
