Install PLplot from this location: plplot.sourceforge.net PLplot requires qhull and shapelib

Make the unit test! This is an incomplete binding of PLplot. PLplot has several rendering options worth exploring:

GTK+, Cairo, gd, pdf, etc (cross platform)
