remove support for calculating Hillas parameters in CameraFrame

Now that everything works consistently in the TelescopeFrame for reconstruction, we should remove the redundant option to do it in the CameraFrame. In general doing parameters in the TelescopeFrame is better as they can be directly compared between telescope optics types.
