Update standard image cleaning settings

Apparently, in CTAMARS the image cleaning uses all the clusters, whereas the one in between the 2-pass image extraction uses only the brightest cluster.

Right now we use the main-cluster cleaning throughout the whole pipeline.

This will likely update the results summarized in PR #24 .

so

• Use brightest cluster cleaning during image extraction (from ctapipe 0.11 - see PR Update to ctapipe 0.11.0 #136)
• Use multi-cluster cleaning for DL1b, image quality checks and shower geometry (PR Add configuration option to choose which cleaning to use to get training data #135 adds support for this choice)
