To enable a continuous workflow for the "Open bundle" command, make "manifest" the default reveal type.
This allows the following sequence:

  1. Ctrl-Shift-P
  2. Type Open Bun -> Enter
  3. Type bundleNam, -> Enter
  4. (manifest.json gets highlighted) -> Enter
