I often run up against the ~15 minute timeout limit that is currently hardcoded into the BigQuery driver.

I would like to be able to configure the timeout limit when I instantiate the driver.

For cases where our queries exceed 15 minutes, we are creating our own preaggregations inside of BigQuery and referencing those inside our schemas.
