Hi Nicola, it will work with the latest version of the default skin. If you use a 3rd party of custom skin then it will need to be updated. Please contact support if you need us to do that for you. |
I think the ticket is more about the suggestion to improve the functionality on the admin side. I also have a suggestion, when you are selecting the image to match a color code, you browse the file manager to the folder and select the image. Once that is done, and you want to add another color & code match, it opens again on the main file manager. The change here could be that it re-opens on the folder you just used, so, if for instance you have a product with many different colors, it is faster for you to pick the images of each one |
OK, thanks :-) |
OK thanks both. |
Hi Nicola,
Sorry but this isn’t a support channel.
All three of these issues sound like faults with a 3rd party skin.

The product option images do not swap over correctly
The ElasticSearch works fine if you have the search open all the time, but doesn't work if you have the magnifying glass, which then opens the search when clicked on.
When the Elastic Search opens on a mobile phone, it is a bit messy. The first line is being covered by the others

Could you please take a look into it?
thanks, ciao

Works great. |
Good morning, I understand that now there is the chance to match a color code of a product with the image in order for the customers to see immediately what they are purchasing.
I have tried to implement it on a product https://www.caranx.net/shimano-exsence-armajoint-190s.html but is not yet working. This is a magnificent feature, and it would be great if you could manage to fix it.

Thanks a lot for your attention, I look forward to hearing back from you soon

Nicola
