Levers dont change track direction

Expected behavior

When placing a lever next to a track turn it should change directions,

Actual behavior

Track doesn't change directions when the lever is activated.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I tried this as in the diagram/images in both Single player and connected to the server, and the track doesn't change directions when connected to Cuberite
