docs/introduction: hide unwritten pages

This change hides /docs/introduction/{getting-started,what-is-cue}/ from
the nav, and places TODO markers in their content files.

We can't(*) hide the pages from the previous/next lozenges near the
bottom of their sibling pages, so the frontmatter "disabled" marker is
set so that they're clearly rendered as TODO, should a user happen
across them.

*) without deleting the pages entirely
