Why can I zoom but not pan?

I turned off panning since it made mobile scrolling funky. It might be best to just hide the map on mobile since it doesn't really do much right now.

+1 to fixing this as more people start to add themselves to the map they are going to want to verify that they are showing up

Indeed - I want to add some of our new tiles as well, since we've got some mapbox creds. I'll get to it soon!
