Clarify last update

on profile pages:
It isn’t clear what the last update is. In the profile.png image it shows as “Totally Awesome View” On the Commons it’s prefaced with the text “Most recent update:” in italics. We should probably do something similar here.

We've done some custom development on the Commons to add a "Clear" button for this. I'm going to suggest that we address this ticket with that plugin instead, by changing our text from "Clear" to "Clear latest update" - thus the action text will simultaneously be the explanatory text. I'm reassigning to myself - if anyone has feedback on this idea, it'd be welcome.

Is Chris on here? If not, we should add him so that he can respond, as I think this ticket represented one of his concerns.

I think this could work. In my head it is a bit clearer to add the "most recent update" in the front but I could be wrong. Let's see how it looks with your suggestion.
