Program Temporary Fix (PTF) download helper

This script is intended to simplify the download of PTF packages.
For more information on using PTFs, please visit the following support articles:

Command-line interface

$ ./ptfdownload.py -h
usage: ptfdownload.py [-d <output_directory>] [-p <url>] [-u <username>] [-i]

    -d: use specified download directory
    -p: PTF URL to use
    -u: SCC username
    -i: ignore optional packages (src, debuginfo, debugsource)
    -h: print this help

output_directory = './'
url = 'https://...'
username = 'foo'
password = 'secret'
ignore_optional = False

do_ptf_download(output_directory, url, username, password, ignore_optional)

Example CLI session

$ mkdir /tmp/my-ptf

$ ./ptfdownload.py -d /tmp/my-ptf
