Use correct path to dashboard in homepage

Use the Hyrax 1.0 path to the dashboard, rather than the Hyrax 2.0 path.

I figure we'll need a feature test for login at some point, and this seemed like a decent starting point. Let me know if you'd prefer a view test, or something else.

I am merging this even though it has a minor rubocop error because I need the fix. I'll fix the rubocop problem in my next PR.
