Currency Cop currently treats all maps as red maps. This commit adds the ability to also pay attention to the map tier.

Currency Cop currently treats all maps as red maps. This PR adds support for map tiers, which leads to more accurate prices for maps.
I added
webpack-clias a dependency in order to get the project to build vianpm run dev.
