Generate stubs popup comes back endlessly

This can happen when multiple stubs files are required. Cursive tries to be clever by only generating the files that are needed, but deletes them all before generation (creates a temp dir then moves it over for atomicity). This leads to a see-saw effect where one will be generated and the other deleted, and then the other way round on the next generation.
