"Load file in REPL" should work on dependencies

1. navigate into a .clj file from a dependency
2. execute the "Load file in REPL" action
3. currently, nothing happens - it'd be nice if this loaded the file in the REPL, the same way it does for sources in the project.

Hmm, yes, this should definitely work - I'm surprised it doesn't. I'll take a look. In a perfect world you'd be able to edit the file before loading it (I think Emacs allows this) but that's a little trickier in IntelliJ.
