add Grunt JS tasks #82

Currently Grunt JS tasks just don't exist and they really should. Should be linted and minified via a 'grunt watch' task.

npm install grunt uglify
npm install grunt jshint
setup the grunt file with the tasks
rename scripts.js to theme-scripts.js
change the enqueue in functions.php to get theme-scripts.min.js
