E.g. disable backlog / improve backlog to handle other rooms etc

We could do with taking a small survey of other room owners/participants to find out who (if anyone) is interested, and what features they would like. The only part of code tied to the PHP room is the backlog, so if no-one is interested in this part nothing needs to be done.

Well for starters, just making it work in other chat rooms (i.e. onboxing, striking out, etc) is a start. The backlog is nice to have, but it's not what this plugin is about.

Sites not using the generic domain are:

I think for the next milestone we can at least add all chat domain to the manifests so the basic functionality will be there in the rooms. I will create a separate issue for the backlog integration.
