Chiasmus Detection Library

This is a library to detect chiasmi. It is based on the paper "Data-Driven Detection of General Chiasmi Using Lexical and Semantic Features".

Run run.sh to run the example script. This script will download the required files and run the model.

Prerequisites

  • python3
  • spacy
  • torch
  • tqdm

Install them with pip install spacy torch tqdm lxml

With Virtual env

If you use virtual env you can directly run these commands:

cd path/to/chiasmus-detector
python3 -m venv chiasmus_env
source chiasmus_env/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
bash run.sh
