This PR is built on top of the v1 PR by @dimm0.
It adds a helm chart which allows the deployment of the manifests in a single command, and is meant to be fully configurable through the
values.yamlfile.Tested and created to be used for the Galaxy Project, with the Galaxy-configured repository housed at: https://github.com/CloudVE/galaxy-cvmfs-csi-chart until an official Helm chart is supported.
A basic README is also included.
