+内容有趣，读起来不费劲，主要是因为用了大量的虚拟故事进行类比，使得晦涩难懂的概念很容易理解。很多问题的思考角度让人耳目一新，值得学习。

+不过内容有一些零散，像是作者对自己平时读书和思考的整理，没有很强的体系结构；另外道理偏多，介绍实践方法偏少，给人一种“懂了很多道理但依然不知道怎么过好这一生”的感觉。
