Public Release from March 24, 2014

All of the features and designs that I had completed as of posting this thread:

It has been mirrored here to GitHub due to broken downloads on that forum. I don't know if I'll work on the source again, but anyone else is free to contribute modifications or pull requests. It was written in a few ways different than those in which I would have written save editors today, so I mostly see it as a legacy project at this point.

Thanks to retroben for providing the backup of the download after we lost it. :P
