## Running the Job with Singularity

A sample `singularity run` command can be seen in `singularity_run.sh` and looks like:

```
singularity build spacc.simg docker://alexandermichels/spatialaccessjob:0.0.1
singularity run \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/job_sub/app_vars.py:/myapp/app_vars.py \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/Data:/myapp/Data \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/results:/myapp/results \
--bind /<my path to the app vars file>/app_vars.py:/myapp/app_vars.py \
--bind /<my path to the data folder>:/myapp/Data \
--bind /<where I want results to be stored on the disk>:/myapp/results \
spacc.simg
```

Alternatively you can do all of it with a single command:

```
singularity run \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/job_sub/app_vars.py:/myapp/app_vars.py \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/Data:/myapp/Data \
--bind /data/keeling/a/michels9/COVID-19AccessibilityNotebook/results:/myapp/results \
--bind /<my path to the app vars file>/app_vars.py:/myapp/app_vars.py \
--bind /<my path to the data folder>:/myapp/Data \
--bind /<where I want results to be stored on the disk>:/myapp/results \
docker://alexandermichels/spatialaccessjob:0.0.1
```

Your steps to do this are probably:

1. Clone this repository.
2. Ensure all of the data and paths exist (i.e. make a `results` folder, ensure the graphmls exist)
3. Run the above commands with the correct paths.
