Steps to reproduce

  • create validator
  • create user
  • vote by user to validator
  • change by validator the fee
  • transfer by user some CYBERs to cyber.stake

Actual result
User loses his assets voted to validator
At the current time 4 users have lost their assets #303

Expected result
User doesn't lose his assets
