Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When searching for deployed modules ,it shows blank if not found,
This would confuse the user thinking it has not been loaded.
he might think this is network issue
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'modules'
  2. Click on 'search bar'
  3. type a module that is not present
  4. See blank response

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
show notfound card

ya i have reverted ,now this has only changes related to this pr,,will change the card to what you suggested
