kitty_portable 0.72+ will not start with fresh configuration.

kitty_portable version 0.72+ will not start if there is not a configuration file present.

Starting 0.71.0.7 created the proper config files, which allowed 0.72.0.3 to start correctly.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Remove all the files and folders from the kitty directory and try to start kitty_portable. kitty_portable will create a "Sessions" folder, but will not open.
• Download kitty_portable 0.71.0.7 and start kitty_portable from that version. kitty_portable will start up.
• Now you can run kitty_portable 0.72+
