OQ_SeaTurtle

R script for sea trutle stable isotope analysis.

This repository contains R scripts to create figures and analyze data for the Gold Rush-era and modern sea turtle stable isotope dataset.

NOTES All data required to perform the analyses can be found in (Conrad et al. 2018). The script was run using R version 3.4.1 on Windows 10 Home.
