I've one question. You wrote The On-Prem is emulated by a VNET connected to the Hub VNET Expressroute circuit.
How did you proceed to do it ? Creating an ER circuit need a provider, right ?

via a service provider portal with the ER circuit s-keys retrieved from the Azure portal.
