Update composer.lock to match with composer.json requirements

This pull request updates composer.lock to match with composer.json requirements to avoid error thrown when installing dependencies.
In the commit 23cd9cd "ext-iconv" has been added to composer.json but composer.lock has not been updated.

Issues

• I'm working on cypht-docker and during the image build it fails at dependencies installation steps as the code is getting from cypht repo master branch. So composer.lock needs update to fix the issue.
