SearchInput hidden with many specs

Current behavior

When the spec list scrolls, the SearchInput is hidden off of the top of the screen.

Desired behavior

The SearchInput should be visible

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#16090, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
