User facing changelog
Updates our runs tab views to encourage users to sign up for the dashboard - most likely something that does not need to be included in the public changelog
Updates both the header text and the "What is Cypress Dashboard?" section with new icons and copy
Also updated / consolidated some tests duplicated across different spec files
How has the user experience changed?
Note - the first icon + text now reads "scale your test runs..." rather than "speed up test runs..."

Note: previously users would click connect and be presented with the log in modal where they would have to click again to be sent to the dashboard to log in - they're now directly sent to the dashboard on the first click. Also fixes an issue where UTM parameters were not properly being sent for this action in the past
