This release:
- Supports two-character/single-case ARPAbet (whether upper- or lowercase).
- Supports mixed-case/single-character ARPAbet.
- Supports most funky variations.
- Has instructions for use.
- Is fast.
However, it:
- Requires manually running R Notebook chunks.
- Hasn't been tested outside RStudio or off of my laptop.
- Does not contain integrated tests yet.
- Is intended to improve in the future.
