the configure script should try libdb-3 before trying libdb, to avoid linking
with the system supplied db when there's another db available.

looks like i fixed this in 1.92 of configure.in and forgot to put it into the
ChangeLog.

Note that we can use __msan_unpoison() instead, but this function does
not looks hot, so it does not worth the complexity.
