Inconsistent notifications? #100

Currently, when I log into pyticket I see this:

and when I click it:

Intuitively, I would expect to be able to click on "Inbox" or otherwise be able to access the notification content... but I cannot.

Additionally, on my dashboard I see this:

but when I click on my inbox:

I have previously logged in, but never used pyticket...
