Handlebars update

This release uses a composer-based Handlebars usage.

first lithium 1.1 release

This version is the first version to run with lithium 1.1. From this point on php7 will be required.

v1.0.0

first public release after more than 57 months in the making. This is more than 4.5 years. If you factor in development of the predecessor flour which was originally designed for CakePHP you can add another 3 years to that. The first (public) commit has been made almost 8 years ago.

This milestone is a turning point. From now on, development will focus on the just released version 1.1 of lithium and drop support for any php version less than 7.
