Window fit zoom doesn't fit to 100% when scroll bar is shown #1925

Windows OS version: windows 11 22h2 x64
ImageGlass version: 9.0.11.502
ImageGlass release: Store / Classic? classic

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

enable window fit zoom
select/enable auto zoom
enable scroll bar for gallery
open an image

Actual behavior

for example, the image resolution is like 500x700 and is shown on a 4k screen
when double click the image to open it
- the initial zoom is randomly somewhere around 98% but not 100%
- and there are extra margins on the sides
disabling the scroll bar fixes it

Expected behavior

the expected initial zoom should be exactly 100% if the image isn't too large to fit the screen
