the expected result (d3.range) is drowned by the pages that are titled with two different words that start with the word, e.g. rangeRound(range).

boost range and extent in minisearch

While I'd rather find a solution that makes minisearch more intelligent, a hacky solution is to add this to the end of the relevant sections.
