Prereqs ~~ Annaconda or Miniconda preinstalled

Instructions

git clone the repo

Linux and macOS

1. cd d33pster-chatbot except when you're using gcl command from my custombash repo --> https://github.com/d33pster/custombash
2. ./env ~ and minimize it when it says --> Action endpoint is up and running on http://0.0.0.0:5055
3. open another terminal at @ d33pster-chatbot folder and run the following:
4. ./d33pster ~ here train is only necessary if config files changed. else use shell
