Description

The README.md files of the tech stack images do not describe the image's customizations and how to use it. It is required to add these details.

Solution

For all tech stack images, describe how to use it
For all tech stack images, describe how their healthcheck works
For PHP CLI images, describe how init.sh, install.sh and deploy.sh work

Note

Remember to update README.md files on Docker Hub
