Is it possible to include libhandy? That way it will fit on tablets and mobile screens.

Yes, that's something that is on my personal TODO list. Currently I am more in favor of moving to libadwaita as it is considered to be more or less as a GTK4 succesor for libhandy. I do not want to start any discussion on libhandy vs libadwaita but mobile compatibility is something I would love to add.
That being said I guess moving to a mobile UI library currently would mean a bigger rewrite and cleanup of the main TLPUI components and that's not one of my highest priorities at the moment.
