v1.6.1 a small fix

Changes:

• Fix typo on folder name in release while using AnyKernel3
• Fix compiling error while enabling APatch
• Support using ccache while compiling with only aosp-clang

TO DO on v1.6.2

• Support third-party gcc build
• Support arm architecture construction
• Support ksu-lkm build (although ksu1.0 version will cut off support for non-gki)
• Support ubtntu 24.04 github workflow runner (the road should be almost paved)
