[drkPvr] Crashes on Initiation

1. Get nullDC
2. Add the requested BIOS files
3. Run a disc or the BIOS
4. Crashes

There's a crash when the screen should appear.

*) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

nullDC r15, VS2010, DX SDK Feb 2010
Windows7 x64
ATI 5770, Driver version 8.74

*) Please provide any additional information below.

Attached, is the crash window shown when compiling a Debug version.

#PS: Forgot to add, the "official" r11 doesn't crash.

Using r22 on a Windows XP system, I get this issue still.

The brief error signature:
