MFA cannot be turned off if an SMS role is configured #3

I can't turn off MFA although i've already deleted "heardtest_smsverification_MOBILEHUB_XXXXXXXXX" role from IAM. Is this a cache thing?

How do i turn off MFA and have login not require MFA?
