Use in priority :

photo shooting date timestamp in exif data
use timestamp coming from a photo with exif data in the same directy
extract timestamp from directory naming rules
use file created date

Strategies :

nearby (timestamps & distances) photo location can be inferred (~4060 deducted locations in my dataset)
by event, check all positions, if they are all in a "same" approximative location then missing positions can be deducted
