TFEConfig 0.10

This update provides a couple of fixes for TFEConfig:

• D-pad is now detected automatically for assigning the CD32 pad
• The order of previous/next weapon actions was reversed
• The internal ID of the Play/Start button was wrong, mapping that button should now work as expected
