Hi,

When I use hisat2 to build index file for genome "hg19", it cannot finish successfully. The error shows as below:

Error: Encountered internal HISAT2 exception.
slurmd[cn7004]: *** STEP 287714.0 KILLED AT 2016-04-16T03:00:42 WITH SIGNAL 9 ***

Another question, is hisat based on MPI?

Please consult with your system administrator first. MPI is not used in HISAT2.
