handlePkt: failed to write cached DNS resp: failed to setup dae netns: failed to add veth pair: operation not supported

当我们抛出这种错误时，可以给出具体的解决方案，特别地，对于 openwrt，我们可以告知用户安装 kmod-veth: opkg install kmod-veth 来解决，我们可以不需要判断系统，而是把文档链接抛出即可，该文档聚集了各类 linux 分发版的解决方案。
